????

I was riding my dazon 150 the other day after putting new rings n gaskets on it the thing runs really great then i parked it in the garage. I came out the next day and it wouldnt start just made a clicking sound at the starter relay/solenoid! I have check connections, fuse, have looked for broken or burnt wires, ingition, starter you name it ive checked it! since i have 2 of the same buggys I just started swapping out parts to see if one went bad, but every part worked fine on the other buggy, so im pretty stumped at this point and would consider any other suggestion! Im not a elec. guru but can hold my own so what do you guys think?

I'm sure u did but I gotta ask, did u check the battery to make sure it had a good charge on it.

x-bird 12-02-2012 02:50 PM

yep, sounds like low battery.

bear 12-02-2012 03:56 PM

try again

Nope guys not the battery already tried that, one of the luxuries of having 2 of the same buggy's. I tell u this really has me stumped and I know once it gets figured out im going to be like are u kidding me that was it!!! cause i just know its some little silly nickle or dime thing!:ack:

your probaly right. Most likely a ground worked loose or you jiggled a pin loose in one of the conectors while working on the motor.

x-bird 12-02-2012 10:01 PM

either that or possibly starter gear jammed/stuck in the "out" position?

bear 12-03-2012 09:54 AM

Yeah i thought about that too, I've tapped on it a few times while trying to start it, but I've yet to replace it with the other one. I guess that will be my next move.
