Kandi KD250 Won't Start
 

Well, it ran fine until I ran out of room in my shed and had to leave it outside for a few weeks. I tried to start it and all I would get is a "click" when I turned the key. I put in a new battery and everything else works fine...brake lights are bright, headlights are all bright, winch works fine, so the battery is good. I replaced the starter solenoid with no change. I can jump the terminals on the solenoid and it will start and run like normal. I don't know where I should be looking next...try another solenoid, are there fuses or other relays im overlooking, new CDI, ignition switch...? Anyone had this problem and can offer me some insight?
