Picked up a few of these today. Pretty cool. They are a baja warrior mini bike. Took the governor out of one. Quite a blast!

dude those are awesome arent they 95cc?

BuggyMaster 07-23-2009 09:43 PM

No these are the bigger ones at 196cc. I have one of the little ones too that I plan on getting together over the next few days. Finally got the missing parts.

funindamud 07-23-2009 09:43 PM

those look sweet.. i dont know how good they would do off road though.. are they street legal?

24evanwilson 07-23-2009 09:47 PM

never seen the bigger model ....

BuggyMaster 07-23-2009 09:47 PM

They aren't really fast enough for street legal but a ton of fun otherwise. Goverened they only do about 18 mph. Ungoverned I think they will do 30.

24evanwilson 07-23-2009 09:49 PM

cool have you seen the other bikes from them?

BuggyMaster 07-23-2009 09:52 PM

Ya that's the other one I mentioned I have sitting here. It is called a doodle bug.

24evanwilson 07-23-2009 09:58 PM

and yes ive beeen through the part full of water with my lifted fourwheeler sogged right down it was bad

got one in the shed i got for $5 yes FIVE DOLLARS that ran then i got it home threw a rod. so i am gonna cut it up make it 8"s longer 6"s taller and put 22's on it and also put rear suspension. looking for another to make a 3wheeler out of. with a 150 gy6. the frame i gut up will get a 10 or 13hp

BuggyMaster 04-22-2010 03:06 PM

the engines are pretty cheap to get. You can catch them at Harbor Freight on sale for $99 every once in a while.

floridacountryboy 04-22-2010 03:09 PM

ya im gonna get one.

a guy offered to pay the whole $150 for this so i guess i may sell it and go get one of those engines.

og and the baja 70 dirtbike red at t/s u can use the brakes from them on baja warriors. i put those on mine. way better braking system

BuggyMaster 04-22-2010 03:11 PM

Those brakes bolt right up? The brakes are a noticed weak spot on the warrior, in fact they kinda suck. They wear out pretty easily.

BuggyMaster 04-22-2010 03:11 PM

well...then again...they probabky weren't intended to be used on a warrior that goes 44 mph

floridacountryboy 04-22-2010 03:23 PM

the internals the shoes do ant so u just need them. and u use ur same housing. the axlle on the 70 is small i will get pics if u need

BuggyMastersJr 04-24-2010 11:15 PM
