charging issues
 

i have a helix 6150 kart. I have changed the stator and voltage regulator due to some stupid things i done with a battery charger earlier. now i dont have any battery charging. heres the wierd thing. according to the serv. man. test chart, this is the problem. says it should have .2 to .4 ohms resistance on white charging wire and ground, but meter shows OL. but when running stator puts out between 22 and 100 volts ac to regulator. changed regulator agian and nothing. i only show battery voltage when running. when new, it showed 15.3 volts when running at battery. also regulator is diff than orig. but came from O.E supplier with instructions. choke is pluged into pig tail coming from reg. instead of main harness. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
