Part number 13952 Thats the Manco part number,,,,Is it still available???

That would be the output shaft of the GY6? Or the thick splined shaft of about 2.5 inches that runs the triple gear cluster inside the box? If it's the output shaft, i'd think that should be a really common item. I'd take it out, measure all the dimensions so you can verify any that you consider buying.
