Should be a bolt with either a square head or hex head on the bottom of the engine case.

Here is a PDF manual, should get you started.

While my remark may seem a little "wise-guy," seriously, either you've got no oil in that engine, or what's in there is broken down and caked into crud. to see what's going on, remove the pipe-thread style drain plugs and poke a skinny screwdriver in. It may come out with clumpy black on it and some oil may begin to drain. if nothing comes out, you're running without oil.

the dip stick shows its full of oil. ive tried putting a screw driver down their and nothing happened but ill try it again

sounds like you're not finding the drain plug.
at the center of the very bottom of the engine, typically one in the front, one in the back, is either a square head pipe plug or a hex (allen) head pipe plug. remove one of those (whichever one will make the least mess and you can get a drain pan under.) These pipe plugs are at the base level of the engine, right next to the mounting plate it's bolted to. usually makes a pretty good mess of things when it drains.
