Trailmaster 300 xrs fuel system issues
 

Received the xrs at Christmas. After running a few hours, on and off fuel system issues ever since.

Sometimes disconnecting the fuel filter and letting it drain works, but sometimes only for a few minutes.

Feels/sounds like Air is getting into the lines or maybe not enough fuel is being allowed through. It often shuts off when idling, and when driving wide open I can hear the system almost cut off and then cut back on, as if it was not getting enough fuel during open throttle.

I have tried using higher octane fuel and fuel stabilizer and fuel system cleaner and emptying the full tank of gas and putting in something fresh ... none of that seems to be working.

Any ideas on next course of action for a non-mechanic with limited mechanical experience?
