Need shifter for buggy

i am going to build a buggy with a 750cc engine in it but i can not figure out how a shifter would work for it :banghead: any ideas

type "shifter" in the forum search and you'll find several threads (mostly metal's) showing shifter set-ups. pretty simple actually.
