Buzzing and battery draining
 

Hi there i have a fuxin 150cc buggy .The battery seem to be died even with stator working..... i get some buzzing for a little relay in the back when i shut it off sometimes this thing buzzes until i wiggle the key then stops . Once buggy running i can disconnect this reply and battery holds and charges.I know theirs a short but whats that replay ? when i unplug it tail light gos out to . ??
