Installed a new Badland winch, from Harbor Freight, on the front of my HH 150 fit like a glove! I also added a new 1500RPM clutch, and clutch main spring, along with a "shaved" performance variator with 10g rollers, a new belt, new output sprocket, HH stainless exhaust, and finally a new set of "bigger" tires all the way around. I'm really starting to dig this little 2 seater!!! :drive:

Words to the wise . The remote box draws juice constantly. Without a relay or disconnect , battery will be dead in a week , in the case of my K.C. , half a week ( has front and rear ) I took the simple approach, welded dime size washers on the Neg. battery bolts , and spade terminals on my Neg.winch cables .... Reach under , one turn with fingers , slide on or off , before or after ride . No dead battery .:banana:
