electric choke/fuel enrichment thing
 

My buggie will only start if I put my finger over the hole on the left side of the throat of the carburetor. When I do it builds up pressure and when I let off it sprays gas and then I hit throttle while cranking it will start.

Does that give good sign that the electric choke is bad?
