6206 Bearing

I have a KD-150GKM-2 and the right rear axle bearing went out on it, the parts book shows a 6206 and a 30x42x7 seal. Can I use a 6206-2RS and do away with the seal?? I'm assuming the original bearing is an open bearing. Any input or thoughts ?

Yes to your question. The origional seal is most likely a sealed bearing. The sral is just a dust seal.
