i have found that the longer the pipe the better the torque response.. this is a bit of an experiment where in as have made looped exhausts for 250s before the right angle at the ended makes this the longest i have done. |

been a long time but i'm fast tracking this thing out of here cause i finally have a little breathing room in the service bay. long story short this thing needed brakes some minor details and i didnt like the hiem bind i was getting in the front end so i changed the spindles for the joints to go horizontal rather than vertical. had to mount the electrical box and make a battery box then disassemble for paint. well today is disassembly day....all fab , that i can tell is done! here's the pics thus far.......... |

Very nice. Wondering what seats you got in there?
|
i ended up putting RZR seats in my wifes BMS800 so i sold the 800 seats to this guy w/ the harnesses as part of the package. |

Really like those seats. So they fit without any modes? ECT. The seat mounts?
If I wanted to order a set, what would I do a search for? I see another yerfdog in back ground in that one pic. For sale? :). Looks awesome btw. |
the seats were take offs from my wife"s BMS 800. i would have to call for a price but if interested could probably get them drop shipped to you, since i am a BMS dealer. there was fab involved but nothing that complicated, all the pics should be back in this thread. |

brakes are done, needed 2 masters to get this to work, one for the front and one for the rear. |
You might get a price. If I was looking at right ones, they where saying $800.00 each or set. Don't recall. But little out of my price range right now. I might just half to wait see if they come up on ebay used.
Have pretty much every ready for front brakes. However still can't get mine to bleed. Just the backs. Noticed your brake line, coming off banjo, goes down. I have mine going up from the master. That make a difference? |
it might, air will tend to trap itself at the highest spots. try playing with the adjustment, i tend to take mine all the way out to the weakest point when i bleed then adjust the throw on the pedal and rod. |
