Howhit engine vs Manco engine
 

would a cylinder kit for a Howhit 150cc work on a Manco 150cc engine ?

I was told it was a Carter motor but it has an emblem on the side of the motor that says Manco. So whats up with this? LOL

Sorry, I was hoping someone who really knew would answer this for you. But I'll try and help you out as best as I can.

Is it a 4 bolt valve cover?

yep it has the 4 bolt valve cover and it also has the vacumm type carb with 2 lines going to the gas tank petcock.

With it being a 4 valve head cover I would venture to say they should be the same. I hope Tom or someone else who actually knows reads this and can answer that for sure for you.

you were right xlint, I cant believe you doubted yourself. lol everything looks the same to me. it even has the same name [Rongfa] on the jug. I wasnt worried too much cause they said it work on my Howhit anyway.
