Transmission Fluid Changing

How often should I change the transmission oil and with what kind of oil? Since I have and odometer on my Carbide, can someone give it to me in miles, not hours. Thanks.

80/90wt gear oil will work. Intervals wise, that is not even specified in the book. You can bet that many people NEVER change it and survive. I don't believe I'd change it until 1000 miles but others may chime in with a very different opinion.
