I've already have experience with this stuff and I have my own tools. My brother has a welder and all the tools you mentioned. For a temporary fix, my brother welded the front end where the weld broke. I also put normal size tires/rims. It currently looks like this:

I know that the guy rigged a backet for the bulkhead and it isn't the way it's supposed to be. I might still order a bulkhead (if needed) and get the whole front end back the way it's supposed to be.

Also tried getting the brake working but still doesn't work. Tried cleaning the lines and the master cylinder but it seems like it's loosing pressure from somewhere (not from the line). I've ordered a new master cylinder as well as a lot of other parts.

Also took it down the same trail as in the video I posted. Kinda a dumb idea since i had no brakes. One issue I came across is that my chain kept falling off. It was tight but i'm guessing the tensioner loosened up over time causing my chain to fall off?

the suspension was pretty decent but it is pretty stiff up front.
