Now, with me being a newbie and all, I'm a bit confused with a few common replacements people make...

When you replace the rollers, what does it do? I read "somewhere" that it helps with speed or torque; how does that work?

And how would one replace a rear sprocket? Wouldn't you have to remove the rear axle to do so?
