Now what is the difference? Is the petcock like a shutoff valve/pump? I see on ************* they have
this and in total that would come to about $38, which seems to be very similar to me buying an entirely new YD tank and using that with it's same downfalls (fuel spills out the back when fully fueled...ugh what a mess) and the possibility of plastic corroding into my gas (the reason I have a fuel filter, but I still don't want it... I think there's plastic blocking my fuel flow). Anyway the surplus center tank looks like (I haven't checked) it should fit with a bit of cutting the bars away... I think others have done it and I"ll measure to be sure before I make it a plan. But I also need to check hose sizes... I'm pretty sure the YD uses 1/8'' hose, not 1/4 and I'd just get a brass adapter, but ya know.... The simpler the better!
