I know on a Helix, you can't really go much over stock on the fronts. Anything bigger will have it rubbing when turned full left or right. Not sure on a Carbide.

whats the bolt pattern on a Helix? what is the rim size? Does the helix use the same kind of slide on, lawnmower wheels as the Yerf? Sometimes, depending on the type of rim it may be possible to flip the offset to give a wider stance enabling you to use a taller tire. Or get a rim with a offset to the outside. There are lots of diameter/ size/ offset combo's out there to choose from. I modified the yerf to use a steel, 10x8 with a 3x5 offset that give me room to use a 19 inch tire on the front. If you can post a pic of the front spindle along with the axle length. I may be able to offer a solution.
