Taking a survey of where to put my winch. I have good locations on the GTR 250 to weld a plate to attach it on either end. After a quick perusal of the boards, it looks like most have concerns that if you mount it on the front, it will get banged up
, yet most mount it to the front anyways
. It seems to me that the back would be less likely to get damaged driving through the woods.
