The problem with these Yerfs is the front tire size is about as big as you can go without major mods, bigger tires will hit the frame when turning. 20s up front would be awesome.

Yeah, extra webbing has crossed my mind a few times. Especially since the cart is going to be overloaded most of the time. Combined driver/rider weight will be about 270 lbs. You're right about my working with metal, I work in a steel mill and do a little welding.

I finished up all the plug welds on the slugs and decided to go ahead and start the steering shaft stretch. I'll post some more pics later on today.

Not to change the subject but I picked up another cart yesterday, it's exactly the same as the 3203 except it's yellow (3205). No plans on stretching it, it's for my Wife and younger Son.
