Your A-arms look similar to a Suzuki. I think the first issue is that on the ATV the A-arms are basically level (front to rear)very little to no caster, as it isn't needed to steer when sitting over the frontend. I do know 6 degree caster or forward angle(front of A-arm elevated) works, more angle can be used also but can't tell you exactly how much more (up to around 12 degrees)without trial and error by steering and watching the turn radius and angle on the wheel. With that done then work on the steering arms for angle and travel can be done.
Is this the type geometry needed?
