Totally your call, get what you think you need.

Im going for taller and wider for as cheap as possible, i dont want to spend big money to put tires on a $1000 machine that will never be able to fully utilize them anyways.

Looking at the rear mud flap, i think you "might" need to move it forward. Thats super easy, just drill a hole further forward.
