personally I would go with the 1st one you showed. you can always leave front or back lights off if you aren"t ready for them yet and add them later easily. as far as the fuse box it means you need to find a fuse that is hot all the time on one side of it when the switch is off, and is hot on the other side when the ignition switch is turned to the run position. put the fuse in between your battery and the flasher hot post, which should be marked either + or battery, or bat. if you need further help let me know.
