Thanx for the inspirational & uplifting comment!!! Unlike McGyver I can't make coils, flywheels,stators or cdi's- I'm stuck trying to find some place that fix's 30+ yr.old components. After doing some research the magnets on the flywheel are weak from the factory and 30+ years later lose enough magnetizm that it won't trigger the CDI, probably why it wouldn't reach WOT. Just got a manual so tomorrow I can start testing voltages and ohm values--- fun,fun,fun.
