After disconnecting the safety switch you can use it as a brake light switch. If you were to mount a tail/brake light on the rear and connect the tail light up in the normal fashion to your light switch than run a wire from the brake light to that switch than come off the other side of the switch wit another wire running to your light switch when you hit the brake you will now have a break light.
