Users can now reply to vendor classifieds
Originally the vendor classifieds was exclusive to our supporting vendors. I've made a change to allow members to post replies to the threads that the vendors start there. When vendors add posts there, it seemed to make sense that people may have a question about what the vendor is offering. Members can't create new threads, but they can reply to threads (to ask a question for example).
