Yea, that makes sense now. Tractor Supply sells Blazer lighting products mostly. It looks like all Blazer has in a double faced amber/amber light, is a two filament version (1157, 2057 or 3057 bulbs). This would account for your problem. Just disconnect the brown wire on both lights and put a wire nut or electrical tape on the end to prevent it from touching anything metal. Your ground is provided by the hollow mounting bolt which is connected to the bulb socket inside the light assembly. This is turn goes through the frame back to the battery negative connection that is bolted to the frame or engine case.
