One picture already has ... or at least given me an idea that means more work for me ... I like the fact that the manco has a jackshaft tensioner on it. I'll be adding one of those to my yerf.
otherwise, don't sweat it, if something gets stuck or doesn't seem right, don't force it, take a picture and ask for some input.
What i'm curious about is why are you removing the axle parts and sprocket? You should be putting the clutch on the engine shaft and the driven pulley on the jackshaft next to the sprocket. I take it this never had a Torque convertor and there's an alignment issue?
