Glad to hear you got it working better!!I don't know if your belt number is correct.All the CVT system I've dealt with don't have a means of adjustment for the belt.Does the belt fit flush with the top of the driven pulley?(your belt should be 7/8" wide)If not,then the belt could be worn-and with a worn belt you have normal stretching.This could account for a small amount of play on the clutch.More play in the belt on the clutch is better than too tight as it won't try to launch during idle.A worn belt will fit well below the top of the driven pulley and reduce top speed slightly, if the belt get's fraying at the narrow/bottom part of the belt replace it immediately as it is riding on the rivets of the driven pulley.
