Even though you've taken great pic's and labeled them it's almost impossible to tell you what wires go where!!!Without seeing the whole system at one time.We'll also need to see the plug/plugs to give good advice. In pic #3 that plug must be from the engine as the yellow wires go to the rectifier/regulator. Coming off your engine is going to be the plug for the CDI as well. Maybe someone else can guide you further.
