Thumbs up Go for a spin?

Here's another homemade toy that I built. One evening my wife (Tonya) says she'd like to have a tetter-totter that spins- could I make her one? Well after a day of thought I came up with the tire under the seat idea so it would continue to spin with less friction and cushion that force when the other person get's off without telling you!- So I spend a couple of days designing and constructing it- First effort was okay but had flaws so I modified somemore till I got what you see. This piece of play equipment is used daily by everyone (young and old). Couldn't believe the appeal and constant useage. I let a church @ a Grand opening event use it for the day to test hazards outside my group- No injuries!!!! A friend suggested a patent- so- I then searched the web for this design- Guess what? Couldn't find a tetter-totter with a wheel under the seat. Thought I had a possible payday !!! As it turns out and a "LOT" of patent searching someone back in the early 1900's put a tiny wheel under his for a carnival ride. Bummer my retirement plan is bankrupt!!!
