I am not sure but I have ran our cars behind them and 2 of them have been between 22-25mph.
I don't think you will be able to get car tags anywhere in USA. Not even Rzrs can. If you can get them legalized, your not suppose to be able to go on any street that has a speed limit above 45mph.
Even in my area you can not cross even a state hway unless it is in an area below 45mph. Rzrs also fall under this.
