the rear tires are realy good on hard ground no sand or mud as well as the fronts, both front and rear run exceptionly well on asphalt, very hard compound rubber,, they are FarEast tires which come on alot of buggys but they are a little hard to find. I have another set I bought with aluminum rims that i use when i feel like leaving black marks all over the ground.
the rears also have a very stiff sidewall you can almost run them flat, they do require 14psi.
