After speaking with Sycarms, Tom is very helpful, I found that I have an odd engine. It looks just like the common A case but has a 3-1/8" stud spacing rather than the normal 3".

He said it was a rarer utility engine having a taller cylinder and head. The valves are also longer and angled differently. It is also likely that the crank has two different sized bearings.

Another thing you will notice if you have this same engine is that it had 2 bolts to hold the cam cover rather than the typical 4. This engine appears not to have big bore or crank upgrades.

May have to change out the left and right case.

Complete tear down building port/polished 61mm NCY head, 62mm cylinder, A12 Cam, 28mm carb, straight through exhaust, 8 pole stator, possibly 2.5 stroker, painting frame, adding plastic including doors and rzr seats.
