You can weld a side bar on both sides to reinforce the cage and keep you head in place. As for seat belts and helmets we put 4 point cam lock belts on both our buggies and always wear a helmet. All it takes is a ball joint to break or a steering rod to break and you could flip.

That buggy would be fast with a big bore ported stroker in it. And you could flip the rear wheels to get a wider stance in the back, probably wont work in the front due to the valve stems hitting the calipers.
