The chain tensioner is the rear mount...it performs double duty, and it's just a matter of who you're talking to, as to what it is called.
Yup, they do break, usually at a most in-oportune time., some of us make ours, same design, just use a grade 8 SAE thread bolt, and heavier gage metal for the stirrup, or buy the heavy duty piece, like the one listed, which usually doesn't come with any nuts, btw...
