the money you will spend on the 150 will buy a bike motor.buy a cheep bike and part it out and you get a free motor.not far from me a guy has a 77 honda cb750 and a parts bike for $500 and the motor runs!if you keep an eye out you will see lots of good deals like that.
if you can do some fab go for it like buggy master said look and see what every body is doing and take what you like.
dont rush in to the build know what and how you will do it befor you start.
