issue i'm finding with non-strut atv front ends is that the ball joints go into bind before you get to the amount of droop you want for a buggy. in theory, they're the easiest to install because you can basically chop the atv frame, keep the side tubes and arm mounts and with a little extra beefing up, just weld it to the sides of the buggy. most difficult part then is getting the steering rack in a good location.

the baja 90 atv front i put on the HH mini shark worked perfectly. on bigger buggies, the full size atv front end is only slightly larger than the junior sizes and is out of proportion to the bigger buggies. travel and clearance wise, the ball joints screw the pooch on it. if you can replace the ball joints with heims and reposition them, then it'll work.
