This is what is also weird on the carb. None of my other buggies have one like this so its new to me. My quad doesn't have this type of carb either. I can pull up on the cable and it pulls the black sleeve inside the carb with it. And the nuts on the cable end don't seem to adjust anything. Thanks. Sorry if it's too much I'm just at a loss here.
