HP is just a hypothetical derivative of torque at a given rpm.
i'd bet dollars to copchow it'd happily live at a good amount more rpm then the 3600 industrial standard and make a happier HP number too.
toss in some v'springs and it'd probably pull decent to near 6 grand.
does it have an actual liner or a sprayed-in bore like nikasil?
