Can someone please explain to me the difference between the cone spacers

I want to gather the parts needed for the conversion and not sure what to get?
And if anyone that has done this before is interested in doing it again (for a fee of course) please let me know. I don't have the proper tools, welding skills, or confidence to take on this for the first time on a brand new set of A arms. Thanks
