That looks like it turned out ok. It's straight out of the Polaris service manual. Basically you just have to get the shafts 10" apart. You need the tool to get the offset and the angle right and then add or remove shims from the secondary to get the belt tension right. A few 3/8" fender washers on the motor mounts is all you need to get the center to center distance and the offset right.
