Default Rear swingarm mounting holes on SunL 150

I am curious if anyone knows what the lower set of bolt holes are for in the frame gusset below where the swingarm attaches? It appears that the swingarm could be mounted there instead of the 2 upper holes that are normally used. Has anybody tried doing this? I see a picture with the double set of holes in one of the manuals, but nothing is listed as to what the 2nd set of holes is used for.

Default Replacement motor mount inserts for SunL GY6 150

I have been looking around for replacement motor mounts for the GY6 engine. The right side insert is badly worn out, basically shot. I was going to rob 1 from an extra engine I have but I would rather install new ones if I could find them. Does anybody know if they are avaliable? I may just make my own out of automotive polyurethane style bushings or out of some teflon bulk stock that I've been hanging on to for a number of years now if all else fails.
