2007 Carter Brothers GSR 150 R2 ENGINE PROBLEM

Cart has been sitting 11 months, gas in tank had stabile added. Engine turns over and fires after starter spray sprayed in air intake. Will not keep running. Any suggestions?

Remove and clean the whole fuel system-carb(disassemble-blow all passages out with compressed air),fuel lines,tank and replace fuel filter. Fuel stabilizer is only good for about 2 months depending on how much was used. If the fuel looks like urine it's BAD.
