Default need help on this buggy

i swapped a riding mower for this go cart for my kids but dont know what brand it is. I think its a 90cc. I cant get it to start. I charged the battery but it still isnt turning over. I got it home and come to find out my kids are too big for it as its made for 7-11 year olds. Any help. Also id be looking to trade it for a bigger one even if its a one seater. Attached photos.

Can you jump the solenoid to see if it'll turn over or atleast click at the starter.

First, do yourself a favor and get a service manual for a Honda ATC90 or TRX90. That is the engine the Chinese copied for your buggy.

Typically connections fail or corrode. Go through all of them including ground connections and see if it helps your problem. The fuse is good, right?
