Helix 150cc engine issue

Hi,
We got this this spring, was running fine, had a shop clean the carbs and replace an intake gasket. Now, over the course of the last 4 weeks or so, when you open up the throttle the engine is just drowning or suffocating. The RPM's just die and it the engine just won't "open up". It idel's fine, but as soon as you give it any gas, it just chugs.
Any thoughts?

Sounds like the Carb Jets are still clogged. Maybe it got trash in it.

If it is the carb jets its quick and easy to inspect and clean your self.
