Talon 150 engine help

Carter Brothers Talom 150cc. Need a reputable repair center in Miami,Fl. to help me with engine problem.
Replaced starter thinking it was bad and made no change. Internal gears around starter motor grind and wont turn engine. Carter Brothers is the most unreliable Company I have ever dealt with, and they call themselves an AMERICAN COMPANY!!

You most likely have a bad starter clutch. It sits behind the stator. Contact Syc Powersports for the part and tools required to do this job - It will still be cheaper than a service charge.
