wiring problems roketa 150cc gk-01

on the starter relay there is the two power poles and 2 wires. all the wiring diagrams i have say one goes to the ignition and one to the cdi. im new at wiring and i cant get this thing to start with the key please help. thanks in advance for any input its highly appreciated

If it cranks by jumpimg across the starter relay but not from the key switch then the problem is in the switch or the wires connected to the switch.

They both go to the ignition switch one to the start side and the other to switch ground. What color are the 2 wires?
