i was running a yamaha bravo exhaust because it fit in the chassis better. im using an enticer engine. today i switched to enticer exhaust and now it will peel the tires halfway down the gravel drive way. my drive is 600' long. both bravo and enticer are 250cc yamaha singles but with different bore/stroke. funny how different exhaust makes that much difference, but i guess thats the nature of two strokes. i just need to modify it to fit somewhere. the polaris tranny has a 10/1 ratio. the secondary clutch turns 10 times and the output shaft (where the top sprocket is) turns once. the top sprocket is 11 and driven sprocket is 42. the engine will turn 8K and 22" rear tires. at full shift the engine/tranny ratio is 1/1 i was running the enticer carb (36mm) but was having flooding problems, im now using the bravo carb (28mm) and it runs great but a little small i think. stock snowmobile jetting, i could cut back a couple of jet sizes...

Nice job- that engine put's out about 23-24hp right? That's a quick/torquey Coolster!!!!
Doesn't look like much space for an aircleaner or is that just an optical illusion?

i think your pretty close on the horse power. thare is no room for an air cleaner right now. i need to make a intake adapter that will kick the carb to the left and clear the transmission. its been a hot summer and been stayin out of the heat as much as possible...
